Called a bunch of towing places just for a jump.. one quoted $210. 00 and wanted payment first… he couldn’t understand me & I couldn’t understand him. Lot of the other options didn’t answer…24 hr services supposedly. Another girl answered and basically had no idea about anything… not sure why she was fielding calls. Then called Knight Towing!!!! Yay. Best price, service, local call (vs 888 area code) and clear English speaking. (Makes a difference, sorry).
Was SO kind and professional. Woke up to save the day for us and was unbelievably nice to my husband when he showed up
He was very professional, did an awesome job! Hauled my truck full of my equipment. On top of that my truck broke down while I was stuck. He was able to get me out, hooked up and took us home! Would definitely call again in the future if I needed another tow. Thank you!
This guy is very friendly and cut his price to half of other towing company s.
Car was over heating couldn’t get it over 2 minutes off a full cool down before it shut down again, not from traverse city and called everybody around, everybody was charging almost 6-$700 for a tow to manistee, he did it for $340, will definitely call him again if I need a tow, highly recommend this company for any vehicle inconvenience!
