Knights Car and Truck Rental

Called at 830am needing a car for the week. Lady on the phone said the price and told me to come up at 11am because they're doing maintenance. When I get there, the door is locked. I called her back no answer, called again she asked if I had an appointment. I told her I called this morning about needing a car for the week. She said she couldn't help me without an appointment and said they're still doing maintenance. 0 stars, would not recommend.

Best experience I ever had renting a car! Their customer service and vehicles are top notch. I cant wait for the next time I'm able to get behind the wheel of one of their cars. THANKS!! I'm now a customer for life.

Called and asked about renting a car, this was the only place that was open in the area and they said that they had a car available by around 7:30 pm because they were doing maintenance on it and to call back by 6:45 to check on it. Called at 6:45 numerous times and never got an answer. Dont waste your time with these people it's the same scenario as one of the other people who wrote a review

Hours of operation says TWENTY FOUR (24) hours so why are you closed and even norfolk location DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Worse company look elsewhere been calling since Wednesday to get a car

Rented a nice car for the weekend. Needed it last minute and they came through. No hassle, easy to deal with. Will rent from them again.
