I brought my Audi A3 to Knoblock Auto Body after hitting a deer- something you can never really predict. Thankfully, the damage wasn't as bad as it could've been, and most importantly, I was safe. From the start, Knoblock Auto Body was incredibly helpful. Hector took great care of everything, the receptionist was pleasant , and Wendy the office manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the whole process. After picking up my car, I noticed my headlight needed a small adjustment. I brought it back Monday morning, and they fixed it right away without any hassle. Overall, my experience was excellent, Thank you, Knoblock Auto Body- my car looks like I never even hit that deer! Great job! Thank you Jennifer Cheek

Into business since 1942, I was like wow 🤩 The little visitor area near reception excited me a lot , it has lot of memories from the past. Lot of hand 🤚 written bills from 1942, few old pics of the shop and area around enough to make you nostalgic. Workshop looked quite decent and they have special privileges for Progressive insurance people like special parking arrangements 😀they provide quotes for free and in quick time. Thanks

Not impressed! Will not choose this place on my next time though its close to my place. I dont mind about the repairs, its satisfactory but its very overpriced. On top, their customer service is not helpful at all. She just wants to avoid communication and give damn to customers with straight face. They dont take debit and on credit cards, they charge 3% upfront. Thats too much when people like us have high deductibles.

I’m pretty like 50/50 with this place after bringing our Toyota there for insurance work. For insurance jobs everything went smoothly but the end result was not great. Like the repair wasn’t abysmal and everything was functionally perfect but they gave our car back with paint still dripping off of the trunk. Eventually the excess paint came off as we opened and closed the trunk scratching the newly painted bumper and after two years the edge of the trunk finally split open. Thankfully they did honor their lifetime warranty and repaired the trunk edge for free. The appalling part which I can catch on camera is the whole A-pillar to the back of the car was repainted but when I got the car home they didn’t bother removing the haze from the base of the A-pillar. Best body shop in the area. They made a bad accident experience very painless and easy going. Once I opened my claim, the shop took over and handled everything for me from start to finish. They were extremely professional and returned my vehicle back when promised and with NO issues. Thank you Knoblock's for such a great job and experience!!
