Knollwood Life Plan Community

This review is not about the community but about its excellent backyard in the winter. After a snow, the hillside becomes one of the best sled hills around. Excellent sledding though you have to watch for the trees.

The staff here are wonderful and attentive, always making sure residents are happy and comfortable. The home feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for families looking for compassionate care.

Clean facility Kind, caring, and friendly staff. Knowledgeable team The facility is under new leadership. The nursing staff are constantly moving rather than sitting at the desk. My loved one has been living here for long-term care. If I need short-term or know anyone who does, I would highly recommend Knollwood.

When I first encountered Anthony, his polite demeanor and well-put-together appearance stood out. He radiates positivity with a smile that is truly contagious, brightening the atmosphere for everyone around him. His approachable nature and genuine kindness make him an invaluable asset to our community. I recently visited my loved one in the Health Services Center, and I must admit I felt pretty frustrated. However, my interaction with Tony transformed my mood entirely. His knowledge of the community and warm, welcoming presence provided me with comfort and reassurance. By the time I left the main entrance, I felt uplifted and grateful for his positive impact

I was lucky enough to stay in the Knoll House itself via family connections for a funeral. It felt like I was minor royalty. The nursing home part of the property felt like an average nursing home. Adequate but not exactly great.
