Bo was incredible. I needed to trade in my Kia Soul, it was just time really. I heard the Tony Says Yes ad on the radio and had an appointment made for the next day. Total professionalism the whole time. He didn’t try to get one over on me, he listened to what I wanted and brought me a car that ticked pretty much all the boxes. He answered my questions thoroughly and paperwork was a breeze. He even answered questions I didn’t know ai had. Bo covered pretty much everything right out the gate. Super friendly and personable. Everyone there was fantastic, to be honest. 10/10 experience.

We walked in with some very specific wants in a car for my wife. Mark listened to our requests and made it his mission to find us the right fit and he definitely delivered. He also took time and answered every question we threw at him. Definitely need to mention Nate as well for going above and beyond to get us our plate and spare key fob. This is our third car purchase here and when the time arrives again we will be back.

I just bought my first car at 41! Never have I felt comfy enough. Not to mention you know you’re not good on your past credit due to many reasons. But that wasn’t the case at Knox budget. They let you walk in the door they don’t swarm you when you pull in. That was another reason it was an amazing experience. They do not judge you you pressure you either. Bo was an amazing person to work with and he made the whole experience easy almost like talking to a close friend. The whole process was thorough and fully explained and I didn’t feel like any info was left out. And the call a few days later just to check on you was the top off to it all. We will pay this one off and then go back. That will be our place from here on out! Thank you all!!!

It's been a crazy couple of week's been working, so now I have the Time lolol 🤣 our 2018 Jeep Compass is a perfect addition to our family, and Bo went above and beyond to make our dream come together. Another key point here is that even though our heater went out in our Jeep after we Brought her home Bo went above and beyond and got our heater working in our new Jeep Compass working.
