Knuckle Busters Mobile Mechanic

My husband and I were traveling from Colorado to Dallas when we noticed a significant fuel leak below our vehicle after pumping gas. Unable to safely proceed with our journey, we pulled over to a gravel lot to brainstorm next steps. Unbeknownst to us, we stopped in front of Knuckle Busters Mobile Mechanic where we saw Dustin, the owner, working on a vehicle outside of his home. My husband spoke to Dustin about our dilemma. Without hesitation, Dustin offered to look into the issue even though he had just returned from traveling on the road himself. Dustin spent a couple of hours on our vehicle before a storm rolled in and we decided to get a hotel room. He offered to drive us to the hotel in his own personal vehicle with our dog in tow. He said he would continue looking into the situation

We had a bad day. My daughter’s car blew and broke a radiator hose and hose adapter. We were 45 miles from anything according google. We decided since I could not fix it and it was late Saturday afternoon. We decided to go to the next town, get a hotel room and try and figure out what to do. As we turned into the hotel, apparently a leaf spring on our camper broke and immediately after, the other side broke. We were in the middle of the road with no clue how to move, how to fix or what to do. To our Luck, Dustin came out to ask if needed help. We had broken down in front of his house. Dustin got the camper to the point we could move it in to the parking lot, it was very late at this point and he was nice enough to go back down the road and pick up my daughters car. I am so grateful for Knuckle Busters exceptional service! We were stranded and they responded on a Sunday/holiday and got us back on the road in no time! Fabulous! I had serious jeep troubles while traveling & was forced to stop for the night due to engine troubles. Dustin worked through a Saturday night to repair my fuel injector and I was back on the road Sunday morning! He was very concerned about my families safety and the cost of the unexpected mishap was affordable.

Dustin helped me out in a big way as I was passing through the area and having an issue with drastically decreased gas mileage. He took the time out of his day to stand in the freezing wind for maybe an hour. Fixed the problem - which, inadvertently, simultaneously fixed a different issue that has been plaguing me far too long! Further, the radiator hose was collapsed, so he added coolant and massaged the air out of the the system. All of this at no charge! What a blessing. Thank you so very much. 🌞
