DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I purchased a vehicle from Kobey John Automotive and was aggressively pushed into buying a warranty. After reviewing my warranty documentation, I discovered that while I was charged $2,500 for an extended warranty, the official warranty contract lists the provider’s price as $828 and does not contain my signature. When I contacted the dealership to ask for an explanation, I was met with extreme rudeness and dismissal. Josh stated, “You paid for it... we didn’t make you,” and then hung up on me instead of addressing the concern. Formal complaints have now been filed with the South Carolina Attorney General and the CFPB. This is not just about money...it’s about ethical business practices and transparency. Honestly the best dealership ever with the best advice. …. The others bad reviews are just haters bc these people will get you into a car lemme tell you!!! Every used car you take a risk but they let you get the cars double checked by your own spot and they are honest about what they can do !!! RUN to KOBEY JOHN
