Koepp Chevrolet Service

Transmission service and battery replacement went well. Encountered accidental damage to my vehicle while there but repairs were made by dealer. Extra week without my vehicle was inconvenient.

Terrible. Truck sat for a week at the dealership with nothing being done. Truck was in for 2 issues. Air conditioner blowing through defrost and parking assist problem. One was not fixed and the other (a parking sensor) was damaged when replaced. I would not reconnect this dealer.

A week after the truck left the shop for work it still was ideling rough. It started indicating a charging error and after research we found the main ground to the 200 amp fuse was loose causing it to not change the system and vacuum hoses were not put back on under the main cover.

Took my truck in for a recall. They had it out the next day as promised. Have used them several times and they have been very responsive

Overall my experience was pleasant. Jessica does an outstanding job managing the flow of the service department. My only concern is the labor rate charged by the dealership. I went into the dealership for extended warranty work with a 50.00 deductible out of pocket. It ended up costing me a total of 262.00 for the warranty work. There was no flexibility on the labor rate even after having to wait 2 weeks to get scheduled for service. I may end up take my business elsewhere to another Chevy dealership. Koepp Chevy is very close to my house and Jessica always makes it a point to take care of the customer, but clearly profit is more important than people. Koepp Chevy has been around since 1923, I think they could do a better job of taking care of the customer, especially those who are veter
