My experience with Eagle Tire was overall very good. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to the right tire selection. My only complaint is that there was a noticeable amount of grease on my drivers door when I picked my truck up. Not the biggest deal in the world, but maybe have your technicians be a little more aware of what is on them before getting inside someone’s vehicle.

I was having quite a time with a breakdown and waiting for a tow truck. The first person I called couldn't get me in for 3 weeks! Eagle Tire was referred to me and stepped up royally. I'm so grateful that they got to look at my car the very next morning and made it a quick fix and easy payment. I'll definitely go back to them when I need some auto work. Thank you again!

I received a promo mailing from Eagle Tire for 20% off any service. This was an opportunity to try them out with my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. My first experience with Eagle went well and I was very satisfied. I was able to make an appointment the next day from my initial call. It was great to get in so quickly. Communication was prompt and friendly. The Transmission fluid change and seals in my leaky oil pan are now checked off my to do list. I am due for new tires, so I plan on returning sometime in the near future.

I've always been happy with Eagle Tire. Had a 4runner get aligned, a Jeep get a lift kit and tires and alignment, a 97 F350 had some work done, a 99 F350, 2021 Volvo xc90 got tires and a 2017 Sequoia got some tires and an alignment. Been going here for the last few years and haven't had any issies with the services recieved. As a former mechanic myself I'm happy with the work and quality of work that's been done. Haven't found another shop in the Bozeman area I trust more.

I really want to like Eagle Tire. The staff are friendly, helpful and truly try to help but their services are faulty and they do not own up to their mistakes. A simple service ended up leading to the total destruction of my engine and they refuse to own up to their mistake and take responsibility, leaving me with a $20k+ engine rebulid bill. Sparknotes of the story: Eagle Tire replaced the air intake heater relay and plenum of my diesel truck last year after it had a hard time starting in the cold. When I got it back, it reaked of diesel when it ran. To their credit, they took it back when I explained the issue and 'fixed' it free of charge. When i got it back, it no longer smelled of fuel but made a whining noise when under load (going up a hill) After taking it to a different mechan
