Absolutely fantastic customer service! The advisor Will kept in touch almost daily. My mini cooper was worked on immediately! Full inspection report at no cost. No diagnostic fee until the diagnostic was complete (which you never hear of now days with big dealers) so that was a big help. They were professional, very very quick from start to finish, gave my a breakdown of all findings and cost. Will was willing to work with me and the Cost and I left a very happy customer. I will most definitely be coming back for their expertise and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Will is very good at his job he’s straight forward with what needs to be done with your vehicle. Very informative and detailed with issues. Excellent service! They handled my MINI perfectly — ran a full diagnostic and confirmed there were no issues with the steering. They also noticed I was overdue for a filter change and pointed out a couple of scheduled maintenance items, which was super helpful before my upcoming 3,000-mile trip. I received a detailed report with video, photos, and written notes — all free of charge. Highly recommend!
