Driving between Kenosha and Fargo started to get a transmission fault message. Checked the fluid and it was dry. Filled up, started again. An hour later same thing. Nervous, I pulled off the highway expecting the worst. Found Kolve's there and asked if they could look at it. They identified the problem in minutes and had me back in the road an hour later. Price was more than fair, especially considering I just stopped by looking desperate. Not sure if I'll be in the area again any time soon, but good to know there are competent and honest shops out there. If you're local and looking for a repair, I definitely recommend.

Blew a bearing on my boat trailer near Northfield. Pulled off the highway to find Kolve’s they were willing to get to it when they could within a week and we were able to get home fine. Picked up the trailer the next weekend all fixed and ready to go. Great place to go to.

Clutch went out of my car, he kept telling me he'd get to it next week. After three weeks of my car sitting at his shop, he told me he couldn't fix it. Set up appointment for tires, stood in his shop, picked out the tires, scheduled appointment. The night before I was to get the tires put on, he messaged and told me he got busy and forgot to order them, tires had to be put off for another week. Third time's a charm, car wouldn't start, called him and he couldn't get it started, said he would pick it up the following day on Thursday. He picked it up Thursday, heard nothing on Friday or through the weekend. I called on Monday left a message asking about my car, received no call back. Called on Tuesday left another message saying if he didn't have time to work on the car to

If your looking for a place to take your car....someone that is honest, straight forward and not going to overcharge you....look no further!!!! Had a bunch of problems with my car had taken it to a different local shop and had HORRIBLE luck and after 900 my car still was unsafe to drive so I thankfully remembered my daughters friend telling me for years to take your car to my dads shop and he'll do a good job and have it running well.....so I did just that and am beyond grateful for his service! Thanks!

Great family! I have known them for 15 plus years and moved out of the area. I was traveling down the interstate and came across an elderly man that had been waving for help for over 30 minutes. I knew to call kolves right away. They showed up within 20 minutes. I know that gentleman will be in good hands.
