Avoid at all costs!! I came to get a mirror fixed on one of my cars. They quoted me $1500. The mirror itself was $300. The labor was $1200!! Remind you; the mirror was just knocked off.. illegitimate business.. avoid

I didn’t get the names of the two Asian gentlemen inside but they were life saving! They helped me navigate the active lot to find where I could “check in”, they walked me through the process, ensure my cars in great hands and fixed my car in a matter of days! While waiting to get my car I noticed their overall professionalism with other customers and coworkers. I wish they did more than just body work. I would go there for all my car needs if I could! Oh! Not to mention when I picked my car up. Detailed, washed and looking brand new 🥰 great experience.

The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. After being very uncommunicative about my vehicle, he was extremely rude, and raised his voice and spoke very unprofessionally. He was effectively a grown man who threw the effective equivalent of a temper tantrum because he verbally said he would paint the entire vehicle, and instead painted only part of it. After that, he refused to take credit card, and instead forced us to pay cash, despite not being part of the original agreement. When asked about this policy (which was not listed in the agreement that we both signed nor anywhere at his establishment) he said that he “made it up”, pointing out his petty and unprofessional nature. I've been going to Kong's for more than 25 years and referring everyone I know to go there for body work. Not one person has complained about the timing or quality of their work. Everyone who I've sent there refers them too. Great peeps. Heading in today for yet another oopsie!

Great service! Excellent customer service. Brought my car in to get bodywork and they made sure everything was explained and guided me each step of the way. Kong the owner and his team were pleasant to work with!
