Kool Kars Mobile Detailing

I'm not the typical type that washes my car often. Not only had my car lost it's luster and shine, it really starting looking old. This detail service "Kool Kars" made my car look NEW (2005 Mercedes SLK 350)! I live in Rancho Cucamonga and was hoping to find a good detail service nearby. I was very happy with their professionalism, timeliness and service. This guy explained exactly what I was paying for and he didn't disappoint. So excited to have a nice clean car again. I HIGHLY recommend KOOL KARS mobile detailing!!!

I explained that I need a three stage compound, polish by orbital buffer and glaze, we settle on a 3000 grit wet sand in the problem areas, roof truck and front hood, two stage compound and polish, at first the job was to be done at my residence, but later he insisted that I drop the car off and pick it up later the next day, upon arrival I found that the job was not done as agreed but I paid him away just to get my car back with no further escalation. I contacted him immediately 30 minutes later and explained that I wasn't satisfied. I'm giving 5 stars because I seen the pics from another guys review, and have to admit. If his only. Complaints were those two badly oxidized spots on that entire car. He got a very good job for such a small amount of payment A lot of work goes into wet sanding and a two stage compound and polish. That's a $600 + job at most other places. Assuming he was only spot sanding. If he had to sand a lot of the car. He'd be over $1000.

I called sure last minute, he was there quick and the job he did was AMAZING!!! The inside of the car looked like a sandstorm and food fight had a meeting in the car. After sitting for 8 years he brought it back to life.
