Every since they remodeled their branch, this place has gone down hill every visit I have. I took my car in on Monday December 22nd,2025 at 7:00 a.m. for a check in engine light concern that was diagnosed by another hyundai branch a few weeks back. Upon arrival I walked in to the service department where all desk were occupied by service team memeber but I was still told to wait in the lobby to be checked in while 3/4 representatives were avaliable to help but sent me in the lobby instead. Before the remodel, anyone at the front desk was more than happy to check me in and get me out of there. After about 15 minutes a member came to check me and left. I didn’t recieve any updates until until 10:59 telling me that they couldn’t get the check engine light to come back on and in order to be a

It was my first time coming to Koons Hyundai Service Dept. and I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and car service I received. I was not only greeted getting out of my car but also directed to where I needed to go. Robert saw me come in and he immediately asked me to follow him to his work station and proceeded to assist me. The time I waited for my car to get serviced was exactly what he estimated to me. This is what I can call excellent customer service. Thank you Robert I appreciate all you do to make sure your customers are satisfied. You deserve all five stars ⭐️.

When we arrived to drop off our vehicle we were asked to sit in the waiting room for a few minutes. We waited almost 10 minutes when I decided to go speak to a service advisor since nobody came to get us. We were bringing in our vehicle for a software update and to have a tire looked at that was losing air. This tire was previously repaired at this facility. When I picked the vehicle up I was told that there was a multipoint inspection done and the tire was fine, even though we have repeatedly had to put air into the tire. After leaving I noticed that nobody filled the tire to where it should be. My wife and I went to the grocery store where she backed into the parking space. A one star isn't even worthy of this service department. They keep texting me to leave a review and that I think is more insulting than the experience at this point. After five days of having my car, the attempt to charge me close to $1000, a drive to Richmond due to a misdiagnosis all to discover they never even put my car on a simple diagnosis machine which would have showed them the error code within 30 seconds to show it was a National Highway Traffic Safety Inspection Specific Bulletin of a malfunctioned camera within the windshield. This is the fourth experience I have had with this dealership, all of which were awful with zero accountability on their end. So then I was told Thursday they would research and call me Monday with a resolution for me. It takes five more days to have disc
