Koppy's Body Shop

So my car was dying in a very enclosed area that would be hard for a tow truck to reach. I was given a referral from my auto shop for a tow company called Koppy's towing. On a Friday morning I called to see if it could be picked up. The guy on the phone was very nice, very professional we talked about the car, the pick up and that I needed to go to work by a specific time and he disclosed to me that he would be busy until past that time so we marked in for Saturday pick up instead. We also discussed on how because of the area it would be best if we could see about pushing the car into a better position or we could work that out when he arrived later. This was the worst place I've ever been to In My Life they have my car for 3 weeks they painted my front bumper the paint has peeled completely off this is very sad I guess if if I was white maybe I would have been treated better I don't understand however they pain in my front bumper it was awful the paint's peeling are called numerous times to see if they can paint it for free fixed the issue they told me no I don't know why my insurance company still paid them but they cannot finish the work correctly it's pretty sad still waiting for them to fix it ask for another body shop that I went to it's called Fix-It Auto in Sun City they fixed my back bumper looks beautiful beautiful to this day they just did the work about a month ago the car looks like new if you look up Fix It Auto and Sun C

Terrible customer service, didn't even get a quote because the lady working the front desk at the time said "I'm really busy right now, Im the owner and im training someone right now". I waited for a bit to give them the benefit of the doubt but ended up taking my business across the street instead.

Updating this to add review: Only gave a two because they partner with smart start and installed a breathalyzer in my car (which messed up my electrical components) and I had to keep coming to them for a short while for calibrations. Front office lady was rude and incredibly unprofessional. Was grateful that we found somewhere else to go for calibrations and didn’t have to go back.

I'm all about giving second chances, but now I consider this place 0 for 2... I needed parts replaced on my 2015 Highlander. -A lower valance, two lamp bezels, a window washer reservoir, a tow hook cover and the pass side wheel trim. I left my info with Koppy's, but never received a call. I am glad though, because I ended up doing the work myself and saving a bunch of money. Today I went in to address the fact that I was never contacted, and to ask for help sourcing a part for a friend. While I was explaining my previous experience, I was cut off with, "How can we help you today" aka stop complaining and get to the point...
