I love the mechanic that serviced my car here. I believe in religious preventive maintenance, and the mechanic talked me through each service. He acted like a Service Advisor as well, and this isn't his job! Long story short, he stated that the service I wanted too perform was not necessary at the moment. (Cabin Air Filter/Coolant Flush.) He could of said—"I'll take your money, and do the job!" Which is the answer I was expecting, as I wanted service. The Honorable behavior of the mechanic that said—we can check it for next service, is a very acceptable answer as well. In fact it makes me trust the man even more, just the few minutes/interactions I had with him. I did my oil change with him, and I didn't know what too expect. We suddenly lost the use of our car's alternator while in remote Organ Pipe National Monument. They towed the car to Ajo and we had a new alternator in less than 3 hours. Good, polite shop.

10/10 recommend. Me my wife and 5 kids broke down 14 miles from Lakeville and words came to the rescue and got us all the way back to mesa safely. Thank you!

Saved my bacon and my weekend. Was out scouting on Darby Wells Rd for campsites in my pavement princess Excursion. Got turned around and found myself in a deep sandy wash. One phone call and 45 mins later these guys were onsite to come fetch me. Driver was super helpful -- money well spent.

Awesome service. We were stranded with a broken down van a couple days after Thanksgiving. The lady running the tow truck was punctual, kind and informative! I highly recommend them!
