If I could give this place a negative star review I would! I bought a 2012 challenger SRT8 pulled the vin report myself before even going out to look at it and it was involved in a "minor" accident. Korum Ford deliberately tried to hide issues with the car. Examples: wood screws holding pieces together Electrical tape holding parts of the bumper together Harmonical Balancer just sitting on the bottom of engine bay Random nuts/bolts holding most of front bumper on/together When I found these problems and called to see if there was something we could work out I was told by management that "that's my problem, you bought a used car and should of known there would be issues" I get this to a degree but you mean to tell me that even the little bit of work that was done on it by Korum (new tires

This is the primary spot I fast charge my lightning and was able to make a recall appointment with the service department while I was charging. We scheduled a drop off and rental car, they were flexible around my schedule. A few days later, I received a call about them being able to do a mobile service instead. We figured out a time and place to complete the service, the techs were on time and communicated very effectively through the process. Super easy to do business with.

Korum Ford (Puyallup) handled my situation poorly after warranty rear window glass service on my 2023 F-150. When I picked the truck up, I found paint damage around the rear window area and documented/reported it immediately. The issue wasn’t that I refused repair — it was the process and communication. I repeatedly asked the service lane manager for a clear, written repair scope/estimate outlining what operations would be performed to restore the finish to OEM standards before I consented. Instead, I was asked multiple times to approve repairs without any written scope. Communication became dismissive and I was ultimately told Korum would not be responsible, even though the damage occurred during the warranty service process with a subcontracted vendor. I ended up filing through my insu
