My experience was wonderful! Tracy was professional and informative, she made sure I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was impressed with the repairs and my car looks amazing! Thanks to everyone who worked on my vehicle, you did a great job!

I brought my car in for body work on an insurance claim after hitting something that messed up the front end of my vehicle. Customer service was exceptional. I never had to call for an update as Tracy kept me updated with every step. The process moved so quickly and so smoothly! I certainly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

I simply needed an estimate. They refused to give a complete estimate. The inspection consisted of an office clerk bending down and looking at the damage. Not even popping the hood. When I called back to see about a more comprehensive estimate, they claimed that I had never been there. And refused to give me an estimate to completely fix the damages to my car. I am more than willing to pay for anything not covered by the insurance. If they can’t do an estimate correctly I doubt they can do the repairs correctly. Waste of time.

We are beyond pleased with the service that we received from KO’s Body Shop. They did an exceptional job repairing our car. They also completed the job sooner than they quoted.
