My first time at a Kost and I am Extremely greatful for the guys at this location. Tyler and Phil were very helpful and were able to take the time and show me what was wrong. I had an outstanding experience at kost Tires. Just when I thought it was the end for my vehicle, Phil went above and beyond, even staying late at closing time to help me out. Seems they will purposely push your vehicle to the end of the list if you don't sit and wait. Since you're not allowed to make an appointment, I stopped in today at 730 when they opened. Desk guy says to the only other guy ahead of me, "we only have twelve tickets left over from yesterday, and we normally do 35+ vehicles a day, so you can get your alignment done today." OK great news for me as im next! I get to the counter and ask for four snow tires and an inspection, and left my keys. Didn't hear back all day so I called around 4PM, and the clerk said yes it will be done today. Get a ride there at 545PM to pick up the car before they close at 6. Show up, and the car is still sitting in the parking lot 11 hours later! Wasted my own time today, and others, to get picked up and dropped off
