Kost Tire & Auto Service

Called Frank last week about getting tires order and installed today . I was met today with a smile from the young lady behind the counter today . I have been getting tires from Kost for over 20 years . I Have checked tire rack for pricing and found they were very comparable. I have visited may Kost tire and this visit was the same . Clean waiting room and great staff . If you are from the Scranton area , give Frank a call , tell him I sent ya!

DO NOT GO TO KOST TIRE FOR ANYTHING! They do not respect their customers, they will break things and not repair them, and their general attitude toward customers is appalling! Don't go there if your car is older, they can't fix it because they most likely don't know how. Don't go there if you rely or depend on your car, they are incapable of doing the repairs you need done. Whether It's an oil change, tires or alignment, pretty much ANY repair. If you want tires great (although you can definitely beat their prices), but I wouldn't put too much stock in their labor. They get stymied, you leave with a broken car. I had two tires replaced here and the service was excellent. They were able to special-order the exact tires I needed and install them the same day. I also asked about an additional service I thought I might be due for, and they were completely honest in telling me it wasn’t necessary. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, highly recommend them.

If you’re anything like me, you dread taking your car to the shop. Thankfully the guys at Kost Tire, especially Josh L., were able to assist and make it less of a stressful experience! I walked out of the shop with (desperately needed) brand new tires and a huge sense of relief. Great service, great prices, great experience.

Terrible. Lazy! I asked if they could check on something for me and he said yes we can put it on a device. When they finished my oil change I asked did they see what was wrong and he said oh all we could do is press the button to see if it worked or not and it doesn’t. OKAY THATS SOMETHING I COULD DO AND DID! So pretty much you did my oil change and checked on nothing I asked you to just to get me out of there because you were closing at 2 HOURS. Go Scranton. The older gentleman that was at the desk has been there a long time and gave him a look just like I did. Clearly lying. I will not be going to KOST for my car services anymore.
