I Have purchased a new Ninja 500 SE from them and have had many many services done here. The staff is insanely friendly, helpful and there for you. This is also a fantastic hub for affordable gear!

This is the second time I’ve made a purchase from this shop both times I am blown away with how quick and easy the process is I walked into the shop on a Friday morning at 10:07 AM by 10:34 AM. I was walking out with a new bike. Great customer service friendly people nice shop I could go on for days about how rad this experience was. I needed a new pit bike for work and they had exactly what I was looking for. And the best price within my area. Jim is who I worked with, really nice guy. Everybody in the shop was really nice Jim and Shay and I’m sorry I didn’t get the third guy‘s name in the shop. Everybody so kind as I walked in the shop. There was a dog sitting at the service desk. That was just ready to be pet and loved and I love dogs so that was a big plus for me.

We took a trip last week to Pennsylvania for our annual SMSA Motorcycle Training event. After arriving, I noticed a bare spot developing on front tire.. Not wanting to take chances coming home on that, I contacted a few local shops . Koup’s Cycle shop in Harrisburg was the one I chose. The friendliness, service and professionalism was second to none! They were able to order a tire for me and replace it within two days for a great price! While they changed out the tire, I got to look at pics, showing the history of the business, which was fascinating. They also had a great selection of bikes for a variety of experience and beginning riders. If I was teaching MSF classes in Pennsylvania, that’s the shop I would be sending people to!

Just bought my second bike from them. I've had nothing but great experiences here. So many other dealerships feel like car dealerships with salesmen that pressure you and lowball you on your trade and try to get every dollar from you. Koup's is honestly so chill and helpful when you need them to be. Feels like a real family place. They price things fairly and transparently without any tricks or surprises. For example, when they gave me an OTD quote they told me straight up that a $500 extended warranty was on there but I can remove it no problem - rather than sneak it on there and hope I didn't notice or ask about it. First time as a customer here and will definitely be back. They helped me size a helmet correctly and I thought I had it right and the girl told me I needed one size smaller, and she was absolutely right - fit perfectly after arriving. Just had service done on my Honda Grom, and I like that I always talk to the same guy (Sam) who kept me informed and up to date. Great shop that I will certainly return to.
