I had a coupon for a free oil change when I was a student at a local college back in 2023. I went in for an oil change with my V6 Mustang on May 4th 2023, that I had purchased and outright owned the title to for over 2 months, and had no issues with; I had every service and maintenance record on the car and knew exactly what needed to be done/changed and when. After the oil change, they mentioned that they also “flushed and topped off my coolant”, which I thought was odd at the time, and was right to think so. A couple of hours later on the same day, my engine was smoking and my thermostat was indicating that my engine was overheating. Because of some rookie car mechanic and poor business practice, I ended up having to change the entire thermostat and housing. “Free oil change” cost me way

They did a great job fixing my car, it's running much better now. I recommend them highly. I've been ripped off by other shops and mechanics before. So I'm very careful as to where I take my car. Fiara, Brandon, Alex and the owner were fantastic!

My experience with this business has been excellent over a 20+ years. I have always gone there for tires and minor repairs. They are respectful, knowledgeable and patient with explaining the details of the work being done. Any minor glitches along the way has always been rectified quickly and to my advantage. It was my first time that I took my car to service at Kovac Automotive shop! I am highly recommend to you to used the Kovac Automotive shop to service your car 🚗! The shop has very pleasant waiting area. They have coffee and soft drinks. The even offer for the client's massage chair to make the waiting pleasant. Everyone are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the cars 🚗! I am going to use this auto shop for my next car maintenance and the prices for the service were not so high! Kovac Automotive keep up with good job!
