I was impressed with the alignment I received at Kovach's. Work was performed promptly. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Cost of work performed was reasonable. I especially liked that no was was telling me that I had additional work the was needed to perform the alignment like what happened with another repair shop down the road earlier.

Kovachs always provides us with great service and fair pricing. We have used them for years and have referred family there too. Honesty and quality are hard to come by these days, but they are great to deal with.

We dropped our vehicle off for a repair after some unexpected rock damage to the suspension of the vehicle. They diagnosed it and it required a replacement of some suspension components and an alignment. I received a call within an hour of dropping it off with an estimated cost to repair the vehicle. The pricing was great based on my research which was a pleasant surprise. I was told they may have to order parts, but that they would get it back as soon as possible. I received a call near the end of the day stating the vehicle was repaired and all set to pickup. Kovach's remained in constant communication throughout the day and were timely and professional in the repair process.
