I had my car serviced in the fall after an accident they were professional had great communication...it seemed. They broke a button that wasn't even part of the repair and scratched a panel in my door with a tool leaving a visible scratch. They replaced the button but argued it couldn't be proved that they did the damage. They needed to take the car in for a full day to service it and did provide a rental. I was compensated, well I thought. So I went back when I had another emergency and had damage to my car from a parking lot. He placed the job out a month, when I took it I received a prompt automated text with a link to a system that told me the car was done. 7/15/24 picked my car. I'm not at least impressed by the work done. I'm totally disappointed. The bumper color does not match the rest of the car. The corners of the bumper do not line up with the fenders. But it was ok to sign out as finished. No one took responsibility to inspect the vehicle after it was done. I was told by one of their employee. A really nice, fellow. It's because the bumper is plastic, and it will not match the rest of the car. I said to him: " How come the car manufacturer can get it to match?" Then he compared it to the fender that is dull because it doesn't have the same gloss that the rest of the color of the newly restored body parts painted.
