Updated on 10/20/2025: I got a dead battery at home and was not sure if it was under warranty for it might be caused by my own mistake. When I consulted with the Kenny, he promptly sent his technician to my home to give me a jump start. And then he scheduled me a battery replacement at a service station. Everything was settled within a few hours, which is the efficiency I can never achieve on my own. Kenny is professional, responsible and reliable.
