I was driving on my way home when I ran over a trailer pin. It completely punctured my tire and was leaking air rapidly. Thankfully I was very close to home when it happened so I was able to slowly make it to my driveway. I called KPA and Alex showed up. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Within 15-20 minutes MAX he had repaired my tire. He made sure to match the pressure perfectly with my other tires and inform me on some over unrelated issues I should be aware of for my own safety and not his gain. Till this day my tire has given me zero issues and rides brand new. I would recommend anyone who needs road service to call KPA he was a pleasure to be around and quick, yet efficient! I will definitely be calling this man again for any other assistance I may need in the future.

I had a blow out of my tire on the highway on my way to work. I was able to get to the shoulder and called KPA. When I talked to Kenneth he was on his way to another job, which was not an emergency, and he turned around to come help me. When he reached where I was, he was totally professional. He explained why my tire had exploded, then changed my blow-out to my spare and took my broken tire with him to get a new one. He even came to my house after work to put the new one on. He suggested that I get the other tires replaced too, because they were all the same age and had dry rot and showed me where they were bad. I agreed, and when he got them on sale, he shared the savings with me. I fully trust KPA to do all my tire work from now on!

Definitely a 5star business!! My young daughter got a flat on 95 in NC (no spare ) traveling from NH to FL. Stranded and alone on the side of the highway. She called many road services that weren’t willing to immediately help her. Thank goodness she called KPA. Mr Finn showed up quickly. Her tire was beyond repair so he made some phone calls and took her tire/rim. Returned with her rim with a tire on it! How he found a low profile Mercedes tire after hours is amazing to me! He checked her other tires (she had 9 more hours to drive) had her on her way quickly and safely and even saved her $$. A truly amazing person. I can’t thank Kenneth Finn enough for his honesty and trustworthiness.

I had a total blow out on Glenwood avenue in Raleigh today. KPA happened to be right behind me...I had my mother with me...it was likea miracle he was there. I was feeling m out of town and very anxious on what to do The owner saw what was going on. He happened to be in town in a job...he stopped told me about himself..so professional ..helpful..and curious...I totally would recommend his business around. I will definitely look him up and drive to Wilson..where his shop is for future work. Thank you so much for being there and doing a great job! 5 stars!!!!

Definitely 5 star!! Extremely fast response time! Had 2 blow outs on tractor trailer, he was there with in 30 minutes! Had me back on the road faster than I think I've ever been. Very professional! And my wallet wasn't damaged!
