Kraft really does go the extra mile. I bought a used mazda from here and they still make sure my filters are in stock. They do great work, everybody is professional, and the lobby is nice to relax in while i wait. Thank you!
Courtney(service advisor) is the reason I continue to let Nissan service my vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and always keeps me up to date with whats going on. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.
Great people. I expected higher dealer prices but Kraft is MUCH higher. I understand mgmt. is actively seriously looking into this ? They finished my work on time, returned my car cleaned at no cost. Nice fully equipped waiting rooms w/ large windows to watch work. I'd well recommend
