I looked at 4 different dealerships in the DesMoines area, and was okay with the assistance they were providing to help me find my perfect vehicle. Then I decided to check Kraig Ford. The Salesperson Tyler Savage. Tyler was so patient and friendly while I attempted to make my choice of vehicles. When I finally decided at 5:02 (they close at 5) I picked up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited the next afternoon at 4 pm. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, but Tyler really helped me land the plane!

We had been looking for a vehicle for a short time and happened to pass through the dealership.... Alan was our salesperson and a wonderfully nice man! We had our English Mastiff with us and we were ALL welcomed into the dealership. Told Alan our credit was not the best, but within 2 hours, I bought my husband a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 Crewmax truck that he loves..... Michael, the manager was all business, and I sincerely appreciate that. We couldn't be happier and will be repeat buyers at Kraig! Go Kraig! Sincerely, the best car buying experience I've ever had.... and I sold new Hondas for 2 years. Amazing staff... everyone was so friendly and welcoming!!! Thanks fellas! Means the world to us!!!!! We will definitely be back! Definitely recommend!
