Kramer's have taken care of my little old car for several years now and they're always very friendly, honest, and up-front about costs. They'll keep you informed about everything that needs to be done along the way, down to giving an honest quote before they begin the work. Their service is quick and reliable and I've always been impressed by their going the extra mile. Within a week after getting my alternator replaced, my car battery also died in my garage, a half mile from the shop. He remembered my car and came out and got it, charged it up, and dropped it back off at my home free of cost. Can't recommend them enough!

I've been going to Kramers ever since my first car. They're honest, friendly and they offer the best prices for the best quality work in the area. They remember every little detail about what I need done to my car, down to remembering the name of my car. I've never had a bad experience here, I've had multiple services, tire changes and inspections over the past few years. On top of all of that, they're very flexible and responsive. I currently work retail, which means my work schedule is always weird hours of the day. They always work with me and have my vehicle ready in time for me to make it to work with plenty of time to spare. Overall, best car shop hands down. I'd give more stars if I could.

My check engine light came on and started to shake. These guys were awesome I called in the morning asked if they could do a check that day which they assured me they could. Not only did they find the problem they were able to start fixing the issue same day. No oversell or pushing for extra work. They were super honest, fair price and fast with their work. My car is up and running smoother. Will recommend to others and surely use again in the future.
