I had the best experience at Kramer’s. German and his crew checked out my car when I stopped by. I did not have an appointment and did not expect to be taken care of that day. When I mentioned I was leaving to go out of town in four days, they took care of me. 3 1/2 hours later I left with my car in tiptop shape. I would highly, highly recommend this auto repair shop. Intelligent, caring and honest people.

German has always been cordial and professional. What keeps me coming back is the quality of his work, and the fact that he, as a business owner, always has the customer’s best interest in mind. Great service, good people. It's not always easy finding a good auto service and repair shop. My experience with German and his group at Kramer's has been nothing but pleasant. I would recommend for sure. They are both knowledgeable and reasonable.
