These people are great. They helped us out greatly, when our daughter had mechanical problems when passing through Buffalo. They went above and beyond to help us out, and not waste our money.

Creamer's Auto has fixed my car two times in which I've been very satisfied! I always get the car back the next day and they make phone calls to say with the issue is and what they're going to do to fix it. Now my daughter is taking her car in there to go have it checked out. These are trustworthy mechanics and a great price as well!

We having been using Kramers since we moved to Buffalo in 2021. They have put a transmission in my Nissan & have done numerous oil changes, brake jobs, & anything else our vehicles have needed. Always explains everything & upfront about jobs & costs & time it'll take. Very friendly & helpful. Even when my vehicle was a pain ❤️ definitely would recommend them every time!! Thank you 😊

They were very fair in price, up front with what they were doing and professional . I will definitely use them again should I need to.

Had an exhaust problem. and they were able to fix it by welding a section of pipe in where it was broken. Saved me some money by not going the easy route and just ordering a new exhaust system. Will be back for other services. Matt and David and the rest of the crew are really good people to work with, and they will treat you fairly.
