Went in a couple months ago for an autobody work. The workers there, especially the man that attended to me was super unfriendly and acted like they didn't want my business. I really was there for a quote to know how much it would cost when I come in for repairs. Their price was a thousand dollars higher than others in the area and they weren't even willing to work with me to know what is absolutely necessary to repair and what isn't. I left there knowing I'm not giving them my hard earned money in thousands. Better customer service and attitude goes a long way in having potential customers.
They had to repair my bumper on my truck due to me hitting a deer and they did a flawless job on my bumper! I would highly recommend!!
A business should not charge 3.25 % on their services.If you do not carry cash or check your paying a higher price . Kraphols profits stay the same but the consumer pays for it. I have had services done Ford dealers in Alabama, Texas and Arizona and none charged a credit card fee and their oil changes were less money. Because of this after buying 7 vehicles from Kraphol Ford I went elsewhere.
