Been using Krazy Kutting for several years now. The quality of work is great, true hand done engraving. Chrome has been solid and is nice and bright. Customer service has been solid from Santiago, Ashley and Liz. Had an issue with receiving the wrong mirror posts a couple years ago. Once the issue was identified, Santiago sent me a label, shipped back the wrong ones and had new ones in about a week. More recently when doing my trim, I was shipped the incorrect top windshield trim. A quick email with details and pics and measurements, had my label from Santiago and had a new one in about a week. They have done all my interior engraving, my outside trim, mirrors, handles, bumper caps, Dayton Knock Offs, wheel well trim, battery tie downs, door jams...you name it. They are doing more custom w

Paid for our items expecting to get them at least within a few months so far its been 7 months. When reaching out to Ashley at Krazy Kutting, usually don’t get a response. Definitely better to order from somewhere else.
