BEST experience I’ve had in 30 years of having a car serviced!!! This family owned business is 41 years old. They are fairly priced and are absolutely the best customer service I’ve had. The quality of work was exceptional. My car runs like it’s new! I had a cracked windshield, 2 automatic doors that didn’t work, a battery that drained and needed my van inspected and an oil change. They had my car for 2 days because they needed parts and EVERYTHING was completed when I picked it up. They also got my car in the next day after my call!!! The best was that the daughter, who is a master mechanic, brought out the broken part from the door that they had replaced because they thought the part cost was a little high and they wanted me to see how large and intricate the part was!!! The staff a Kreitzer's were truly my angels last week. My car started to make a strange noise and I had a business trip the following morning so I wanted to get it checked out. They took a look at it that afternoon and I learned the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Even though it was the end of the day, they all stayed after hours so that I would have my car ready to go to the airport in the morning. They were so nice and understanding. I will not hesitate to go here again.
