Charlie is the man! I was driving on the highway when I heard a thumping noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled off and searched for a nearby mechanic and came across Kremer’s Auto Service. When I arrived, Charlie already had multiple vehicles in the bays and was clearly in the middle of other work. After I explained the issue, he was straightforward and said it sounded like it should be a quick fix. He made room for my car, brought it into the bay, and within about 15 minutes he fixed the problem. When I asked what I owed him, he declined and said it was no charge. Charlie was honest, efficient, and professional. It’s clear he runs his shop with integrity. Highly recommend Kremer’s Auto Service.

I understand that some mechanics only fixed what they are told. At Kremer it's different, they are actually honest and trustworthy. They called me to inform me on some other thing that needed attention and wanted to know if I was ok with it before they started my repair. Most mechanics would of just did the repair because it wasn't something mechanical to fix. Thank you Kremer for your awesome service you proved they are still good mechanics out there.

Had such an amazing experience with the guys here. I made an appointment with my car that I purchased from a 2nd hand usage. They ran over the whole car and checked everything on it. They did a full diagnostic on the vehicle. They were really great and said it was all ok. They changed the brakes and rotors all for a really good price.
