Krew Service Center

Krew Service Center did an outstanding job on my Altima today and even provided shuttle service! I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with — I had lots of questions — but they were professional, patient, and knowledgeable the entire time. They kept me informed, and the team had me in and out quickly, even on a rainy day. Everyone was courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciate their honesty, skill, and great customer service. Highly recommend for fast, professional, and reliable work.

10 months later still having issues. Was told the “lead technician” rode with the apprentice, highly unlikely because parts left in passenger seat weren’t moved at all.. Broken front grill, Christmas tree dashboard, and many more.. if there was a negative star I’d use it here.. 700$ would have been better spent, Go Somewhere Else...

We have taken a few trucks over to the Krew Team. They know their vehicles and quick to respond. Whitlee has great communication with her customers and easy to deal with. I forgot to mention the great pricing! I would recommend this company to anyone with vehicle issues.

Best shop in Abingdon and the surrounding areas. If I lived in Bristol, TN I'd still come here. Affordable, knowledgeable, and professional!!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
