Krieger Ford

Krieger has maintenanced my vehicles for about ten years. Rick and the team there are great! I have also had body work done there that I am very happy with. However, this was my first vehicle purchase with them and I'm more than happy. Carl went out of his way to track down exactly what I was looking for and the finance guy Ryan was terrific as well. Happy to do all my Ford business with Krieger Ford.

The repair was completed in a timely manner. Only issue was the rest of the form was paper whipped. They didn’t bother to fill tires with air. Did tell me that I only had 3 mile to empty. I understand it was towed in with 26 miles to empty but I would have filled a gas can if I would have known in advance. They also said they checked by brakes and tires tread even though tires where never removed form truck and I know tire tread is low

My husband had great response working with salesmen, Jared. All salesmen we interacted with made us feel at home. Even with our toddler running around!

Our salesperson Chad was extremely friendly and helpful from the time we arrived on the lot. He was with us every step of the way as we looked at different trucks and options. Throughout the experience, we felt we had made a friend. We are happy with our purchase and even more so with the overall experience. We will definitely return to Krieger Ford when we decide it’s time for another vehicle! Thank you Krieger Ford and thank you Chad!

I had a great car buying experience with Krieger . Salesman Shannon (Spicy) was great to deal with. Also finance manager Ryan was awesome too. We were there late on a Saturday night finishing paperwork and Spicy even bought us a pizza! Thanks Krieger!
