Kris Willis RV

Everyone was very friendly. They rescheduled us during the snow and got us in quickly. The young man in maintenance went over our list thoroughly concerning the items that we wanted fixed. He called us and gave us updates. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, the same young man went over everything again. I wish I could remember the young man's name. We were very impressed with his work ethic. Kudos to Kris Willis RV!

We bought a used RV December 17. The RV was washed, checked all over and ready when we got there. Rob, Makala and Eric were outstanding. The paperwork, the camper complete walk through and hooking up to our own hitch was very well done. We drove 200 miles after leaving and it pulled great. Parked the camper in our driveway and spent the night in it. Everything worked perfectly and the starter kit had all the necessities. Exceptional service and a good deal.

We were 450 miles from home with our travel trailer when one of the leaf springs snapped. It was July 3 at lunchtime, the parts and service teams worked together to find compatible parts and get me back on the road within a couple hours! They could have easily told us to leave it, or take it somewhere else with only a few hours before a 3-day weekend but they demonstrated genuine interest and concern for getting us and our RV home safely that night! And the repairs were very reasonably priced! If I lived closer I would absolutely do business here again!!

We drove three hours to get to Dexter, this RV place is something we will never forget. For our first camp trailer, they took care of us so well! They have amazing employees and really make sure that they have everything expected and checked before we left. We will definitely be going there again for any of our camp trailer needs!
