I can’t express how grateful I am for Manny! After waiting for AAA to arrive for 3 hours (😣) we decided to call another towing service. Manny answered with great customer service and was very up front and honest about the pricing! AAA was going to be so much more expensive and had made me wait so long. Not only did he come quickly, he cared about my car, making sure it wasn’t damaged. He was patient with me and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I had a blowout on the 57 fwy going to work. ended in a dangerous section of the freeway. Kritical Towing understood the assignment and was there within 30min while the other company said 4 hours.
