Krown Rust Control

It's a little difficult to find the entrance, in the middle of the building is an open walled area with a roof and a building in the back. Up the stairs and you're in the showroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. They received training from Krown and can answer questions. Attached to the Krown is CTC trucks who appear to be able to outfit your vehicle with just about any accessory you need. I was told there is a bakery not far that people walk to wait. I sat in their waiting room that had a TV, guest WiFi, water and little snacks. I was there for about an hour. I used to use Carwell, but this appears to be nearly the same product so I am anxious to see how well it works. I also found a coupon online for a discount. Excellent experience and easy to get to. 2nd visit (May '24) was better

I recently moved upstate this past year. Krown (East Rochester) was my choice to undercoat my car for the first time in July. The office manager was fantastic. She was able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation. Yes, the car did drip for a few days in the summer heat, but that was explained when I dropped off the car. They also washed the car before I picked it up. 5 stars in my book.. See you again in July 2026..

My husband took my new F150 Lightening to get the sprayed in bed liner. We are beyond ecstatic with how it came out. Would recommend Krown for any & all rust inhibitors !

I have been getting my vehicles done here for the last 5 yrs or so. Have always had a good experience. Undercoating seems to work pretty well. Never any issues.

Had to get my truck done in a hurry. However, there were no appointments until the end of November. I advised I could leave it there for the day and they could fit it in. The woman that answered the phone advised she'd call me back. I didn't think I'd hear from her . 20 min later , she called back. Worked some magic and got me in quickly. Picked up the next day. Easy drop off and pick up. They even wash the truck after. Also the Krown works great! Truck still looks new and it's been through 4 winters here. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you to all involved with my truck!
