KRP Automotive Repair - Newton

I was so nervous about my car when I brought it in and the guys at KRP are SO NICE and I immediately felt at ease. They looked at my car shortly after it got towed and delivered to them. They talked me through the estimate and told me honestly what really needed to be done and what could wait a bit. Their system for payment is easy to use and convenient. And they work so quickly, my car was done and fixed within two days. And now my car runs really great. And the work they did was amazing and affordable. So highly recommend!

KRP did a great job correcting a repair that had been badly done elsewhere. They correctly diagnosed the real issue, and did their best not only to fix it, but to do it efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Im very happy with the quality of the work, and the customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure the work was done right. I highly recommend.

Experience was okay. I had my shifter done in August 2025. Which took longer than I hoped. Eventually I needed some other work done. They were quoting that repair though very high compared to other competitors. So I did not get the other repairs done here. The only negative was when I did get the other repairs done KRP left tools a wrench and something else inside the hood of my car. Overall the staff is very nice and work gets done but they are pricey

Very professional and friendly. Greeted as soon as entered establishment. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and inspection, took only 30 minutes. Tech explained everything done and was shown pictures of possible issues to be fixed as soon as able to. Very accommodating. Definitely going back. Thanks KRP.

Great place, explain what needs repaired via pictures and videos they take. Super nice people with a lot of knowledge. Very honest! Highly recommend going here for your car repair. Made me feel very comfortable.
