They were recommended by the tow truck man from my insurance company, who came to jump start my battery. KRW came, picked up my car-they are nearby— put in a new battery and returned the car 45 minutes later. Nice people too.
My window wouldn't go up on the coldest day of the year. When I got there it took 5 min to get it fixed. I wasn't charged and now I know the only place I can take my Volkswagon to get repaired. I wasn't taken advantage of so I'll be back!
Ken knows BMW’s and is honest and fair. Kept my 2002 running up to over 200,000 Miles.
Very upfront, honest. I highly recommend Ken if you want someone who knows what they are doing to your car as well as being fair, honest, upfront with you!!
I can always expect the best service from Ken. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
