I had taken my car to Krystal Automotive for the first time this week because they advertise working on Prius hybrids. It was for a second opinion on the braking system since my local shop could not find a problem and said the hybrid system is more complex. Lexi is wonderful to work with, very polite and detailed. They confirmed the brakes were not a problem and did not charge me as I had just paid for having the car diagnosed a week before. I think they may have fixed my passenger window too, since it now works fine. :) Thank you.
