Very, very unprofessional. We had the back window replaced in our truck. The tech left shards of glass all over my driveway and in the backseat on the leather seats. My backseat is ruined because these little tiny pieces of glass Will not come out of the leather. My eight-year-old child cannot even ride in the backseat now because her legs will get sliced open. It is absolutely ridiculous that this company did not lay tarp, plastic, a sheet or anything down before performing the job. Also The primer or sealant that they use on the window, ran down into the paint of the truck. (they offered to come back and remove it with industrial-strength remover, so we set up an appointment for 5 PM on December 18 but they never showed up) they also left scratches on the paint right underneath the windo

Great company! Messaged me back very quickly about my inquiry about replacing my back window. Whoever handles the messages/ texts is very prompt with their responses back, and had me set up with a technician the next business day. And the price was way cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. My technician- Megs- was fantastic and he did a great job on replacing my back window. He was quick, nice, and very helpful. He took his time on making sure he did above and beyond work, and thank you so much for vacuuming up the shattered glass. I will be sure to refer anyone I know when they need work on their glass. Krystal Vision did a awesome job on my windshield replacement, they punctual and very professional!!

Needed to get a windshield replaced for a customer, paid them and they had a problem with their system and I was told payment didn't go through. So ended up making payment through cash ap and I was told stop payment was placed on first transaction. First payment ended up going through and I called back and they said they issued a refund and could take up to 10 days. 20+ days later still no refund and now no one answers when I call.
