Beware, if they mess up your car, they will try and lie/play it off. Brought my car in for a powersteering line replacement, in the process they blew out my entire pinchweld because the mechanics were to lazy to properly bend over and life my car from the subframe. While blowing out my driversife pinchweld, they bent my driver side door fender, which resulted in the door rubbing against it, and taking the paint off. Take the car back up there and they said they couldn't handle it today, brought the car back up ok monday and the quick fix they had was a glob of jb weld and duck tape. These guys are hacks. Do not recommend, all they could say was "well you know, your cars rusty" HACKS. I'd take my vehicle anywhere else but here. These good old boys ruined my vehicle.

They are not big into foreign cars at all so if that's what u have look else where but domestic they seem to be good. Drive by and look at their lot nothing but American cars which is fine. My only complaint was customer service owner seemed to be very stand offish and annoyed with simple questions even when u talking with respect and are courteous. Here I am saying yes sir no sir please and thank you, and he's being short and rude. Dont know why, I can only assume. But whatever the reason it's not the place for me, maybe it was a bad morning but that was enough for me.

Although that this place was suggested to me by Avery close friend. I figured I would give them a try but me being me I like to make sure I have everything without having to wait for parts or hiccups so I asked for a estimate on the work instantly was met with aggressive response I DON'T WANT TO DO IT! Well 1st excuse me I didn't know that it was a crime to come prepared and 2nd I didn't know that they provided they parts and don't accept other parts something I knew nothing about I understand wanting to tack on your extra tax to gouge customers. Sas part is I was really ready to get my car fixed because I'm tired of the problems I'm having. Have a 2 because the were suggested should have been lower because of the disrespect. I wish them the best.

We recently used K&S for first time. Ray was able to pinpoint an issue that another repair shop couldn't. He was fast, efficient, and cost effective. We were very pleased with our service.

i had 3 parts replaced for almost $200 less than a dealership was going to charge me for one part alone. they were quick and ray was honest and so nice throughout the communication. highly recommend k&s!
