I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. The staff at this auto shop were shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering helpful service, I was met with attitude, eye-rolling, and zero communication. I had questions about my car, and they acted like I was a burden just for asking. Not once did they explain the work being done, and when I tried to get clarification, I was talked down to and dismissed. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. I value businesses that respect their customers – this is not one of them. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. Go somewhere that actually wants your business and treats people with basic decency.

Great mechanic, very honest! They saved me thousands of dollars last year. Other shops told me a part needed replacing but I brought it in here and they said it only needed a clean (which they did for no charge!). I only go to them now and they're great

KS mission automotive is a very friendly environment family owed business. All really nice people. They helped us fix our AC it needed a new ac compressor. Needed it to work due to having a baby in the car and getting way too hot. Very kid friendly with a place for them to play so kids dont get bored of waiting. Thank you all so very much for fixing our car. It now blows ice cold ac now.
