Horrible experience they helped parking authority rack up tickets on my car they were suppose to help fix. They are not affordable like they advertise and they are not for their people they rip offs never will I deal with them again.

Steer clear of this auto shop!! I had been going to this shop going on three years. I moved here from out of state and needed a great auto shop to do routine maintenance on my Jeep Wrangler. Never had an issue until recently (September 2024) where I paid $600 JUST for front brakes, rotors and calipers. Turns out four months later, in December 2024, I found I was driving around without a brake pad on my left driver side. I had several instances where I was very close to having an accident if I did not brake with at least a car’s distance in front of me which is not realistic in Philly. I later found out all of the metal, brakes, rotors fused together so much that the wheel had to be blasted off to repair the damage this shop did. Terrible services KS Murphy cheated me out of my money . They didn’t fix my car at all none of the problems that I stated was handled . I thought talking to the owner was going to get the job done but I guess he in on it to . My ac was not fixed , engine light still on and the sound from my car sounds like a motorcycle. This is ridiculous I rate them a 0 don’t waste your time and money karma will definitely visit you guys soon 100 fold. Update 6/23/25: I’ve been going to KS Murphy Auto Repair for over two years, but I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. My trust in them has eroded due to poor service, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. 1. Brake service: In 2024, they replaced my rear brakes — and immediately afterward, my car began to squeak every time I braked. I returned to them at least three times, and their best explanation was that my car is rusty (it's a 2008, so it always has been rusty). Other mechanics have told me that the brake parts KS Murphy used may be low quality. 2. Air conditioning nightmare: When my AC stopped working in August 2024, I gave them another chance. It’s now June 2025, and they still haven't fixed it. They charged me for three separate AC recharges, totaling over $500,

Went there this morning for my 9am appointment. Started my state inspection on time. Told me everything that needed to be done. Great pricing, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Mr Robert a great person also the other guy and girl at the front. All mechanics showed me the work and were very professional and helpful. Definitely will be my home shop to do work on my vehicle!
