KSI Auto Parts

The guy “attempts” to deliver an hour before we open and never comes back to drop off the parts; it’s been a week and I still haven’t received my next day part. Keystone and others beat them by miles. After years working with KSI, I can confidently say KSI are the worst parts distributors in the industry. You’re better off ordering off of Temu.

Lady in front is very slowwwww. Not even tech savvy for a busy parts warehouse.

Just from their presentation, intels the lack of care they have for customers.

Was in and out within 30mins for a bumper, fender and head light. Parts were brand new and had a black matte finish. Service was polite. Prices are expensive but you get what you pay for. I will def return if need be.

This place is expensive compared to their competitors. The people here are awesome, knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. They will also work with you on lowering their prices a little bit if ask nicely. They carry some things that even the biggest competitors don't have. I will recommend that they work on lowering their prices and better signage to make it easier to find while driving down Roosevelt Road.
