I'm very disappointed with the service. Before COVID, I used to move a lot of parts through them, but now they don’t even answer the phone or respond to emails. I’ve been trying to update some information directly through the website catalog, and it’s been about a month without any resolution. I hope you’re able to solve this. Good luck!

KSi have been unprofessional with their employee they have someone named Ana working there and she got my order totally wrong that I need to call back and return the items and I spoke with somebody name Daniela she got my order right thank you Daniela for helping me out with my order….

Drove 40 minutes and got there at 4:27 pm and the counter person told me he can't take care of me because they close at 4:30 pm . If I'm not mistaken the website states that it closes at 5:30 pm. Ant this was after I decisded to go in person since nobody answered for longer than 15 minutes !! Terrible service in opa locka location
