I would give them 10 stars if I could; they are very professional and reliable. You'll be hard-pressed to find another workshop like this. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good price and needs a trustworthy repair shop.

Great auto shop for all of your mechanic needs. From fixing a flat to replacing a motor. Kim is your guy! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and he’s never done me wrong. The price is nice and the service is quick!

Absolute scam. I had a problem with my rear differential and they quoted me at $3200. When I called my car's dealership they said they could do the same job for $2500. I asked if Mr. Kim could price match and he said he could, I even got the quote formally put in their system and printed out. When I came to pick up the car, he charged me the original $3200 and refused to bring it down. Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Please don't go here, they don't help you even when you have the proper documents.

I have been using K.T. AUto for over 25 years now, even when I had moved to three different locations within L.A. County. That's how much I trust Kim and his mechanics. He is always honest in his assessment of the problems and charges extremely fair prices. I have always given other local mechanics opportunities with my business, but they consistently charge far more than list, and try to sell you more than you need. I only had one other mechanic that I would recommend but he has retired a few years ago. I know more than enough because I worked through high school and college as a mechanic. Automobile technology has changed as well as the shops that offer repair services. Things get complicated and the pricing sure seems to follow that trajectory. Kim does his best to assess any problem

K. T. Auto is the best! It’s so nice to find an honest mechanic in my neighborhood but I would definitely drive across town for great service. I was quoted a higher price for new brake pads from Jiffy Lube along with a list of other recommendations and being stingy with coupons. Mr. Kim gave a fair and better price, and also a cheaper option if I didn’t want to go with the more expensive factory brake pads. I asked him which he would choose if it were his car and he recommended factory. At 8:30a he said he would have to order them and wasn’t did they would come today. To my surprise, he got the parts and my car was finished by 4p! I’ve had several great experiences here and I won’t be going anywhere else!
